BP International Announces Contract for Tennis
Equipment with Leading Sports Equipment Distributor

Company to Refurbish 24 Tennis Courts in Southeast Florida
DELAND, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 2004--BP International, Inc. (OTCBB:BPIL - News), a leading manufacturer of industrial fabrics, shade structures, and tennis and athletic field equipment, today announced a contract for its customized tennis equipment with No Fault Sports Products a Houston, Texas based sports equipment distributor. No Fault purchased 24 rolls of 6' Durashade Plus and 24 DTS Tournament nets to refurbish all of the tennis courts in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
"The contract with No Fault, a long time customer of ours, is an example of what we will begin to see since demand for tennis court equipment is typically 40-50% greater in the spring and summer than the rest of the year," said Larry Ball, President and CEO of BP International. Ball said No Fault Sports Products has been a solid tennis equipment customer of BP International's for more than 10 years offering the company's products through its distribution channels throughout its territories in the southeastern and midwestern regions of the United States. For over 22 years, No Fault Sports Products has also distributed equipment for baseball, basketball, volleyball and soccer.
